M.A.A. Hussain — Author, AI Writing Educator, Builder of Systems
I write epic fantasy. I write nonfiction about wellbeing, AI, and how to live a smaller life on purpose. And I build the systems other indie authors use to do the same — with AI as a partner, not a replacement.
Where this started
I’m Murshed Hussain. I write under the pen name M.A.A. Hussain and publish under Life’s Little Corner Publishing from Regina, Saskatchewan. I started writing fiction because the stories I most wanted to read kept not getting written. I started writing nonfiction because the books I most needed at hard moments in my own life were either too long, too academic, or quietly contemptuous of the people they were supposedly helping.
Three years and several abandoned drafts later, I had something that worked: a six-phase pipeline that takes a novel from premise pressure-test through KDP launch, with AI handling the parts of the work that AI handles best and a human still doing the parts that only a human can do.
The first books out of that pipeline are the Shattered Crown trilogy — Awakening, Ascension, and Dominion — live on Amazon. Five more fiction series are in production behind them.
Why I teach the system
When I started telling other writers what I was doing, the responses split into two camps. One camp wanted nothing to do with AI in fiction on principle. The other camp wanted the exact files, the exact prompts, the exact 47-word banned list, the continuity matrix template, the cover-iteration framework. Not theory. The actual artifacts.
That second camp is who the AI Novelist system is for. It is the same pipeline I use, packaged so another author can pick it up, point it at their own premise, and produce a publishable novel in roughly 90 days of disciplined work. Not magic. Not a shortcut around the work. A way to do the work that doesn’t crush you.
What I publish
Two tracks, one voice. The fiction is dark, character-driven epic fantasy with a magic-rank system and a moral palette that refuses to make villains cartoons. The nonfiction is short, practical, written for the reader who wants to act on what they read tonight, not bookmark it and forget — titles on minimalism, AI for leaders, financial freedom, and a forthcoming Your First Year in Canada.
